General Specification:

Specification Description:

**Cooling unit

1) Catch arm: Connect with the signal of the injection machine to put the disc into the cooling unit.

 

2) Cooling workstation:

Use the spiral lever conveying, vertical placement for

cooling, capacity above 90 paces. Equipped with

electrostatic precipitator, cooling apparatus and the HEPA

of the clean room class.

 

**Dye coating unit            

1) Disc buffer station: Two sets 4 spindles elevator station. Disc buffer station can store temporarily the empty discs produced from the injection machine

 

2) Dye coating station:

4 sets individual dye coating units and can operate

simultaneously or partially.

Two covers construction disassembled and cleaned asily.

    Dye coating position: 7 points setup.

    Dye coating speed: variable control.

    The rotative control of the coating unit: 7 stages speed.

    Pressure tank: capacity 5~10L, has the quick switch

function for the material tank.

    Resin valve has the function of stopping leakage.

 

3) Constant temperature and humidity machine:

Adopt iced water divergent plate mode and high

precision temperature controller to control.

4) Dye coating inspection station: Collocate optical inspection system to execute the in-line inspection

5) Reject Spindle: 

Place the dye failure disc.

 

6) Oven: 

Adopt the vertical placement, capacity above 150 paces per lot.

Temperature set range 30~90°C +/- 1°C, hot air cycle mode.

   

7) Temporary deposition turntable: 6 spindles as buffers to deposit the disc after drying.

 

**Sputter and edge washing unit   

1) Sputter unit: Through cooling turntable loading and

unloading the disc, collocate the sputter machine signal

operation.

 

2) Edge washing unit: 2 sets edge washing cups supplied

the washing solvent by pressure tank.

 

3) Dummy disc supply turntable: 2 sets 6 spindles each for buffer loading.

                         

**Bonding unit

1) Resin unit: 2 sets resin plates which has 2 sets resin

 sprinkle-nozzles individually.It can match the turntable and

 disc rotation speed by adjusting the resin smearing time,

 position and sprinkling quantity.

 

2) Bonding unit: 2 sets bonding system controlled by the

individual servomotor with multi-stage speed, time control

adjustment.

   

3) Spin system: 2 sets spin system derived by the servomotor, vacuum absorption rotation disc with 5 stages rotative speed setup and every stage has the time adjustment function. Additionally, collocates 3 sets memories function. Shake off the superfluous resin through high-speed spin back to the recovery resin tank for reuse.

   

4) UV drying system: Collocates the high performance flash UV lamp.

   

5) Inspection system: Collocates the optical inspection system to execute the in-line Inspection.

   

6) Unloading system: Has the classification function. Divided

 into A, B class for good product area and failure product

 area.

   

7) Frame: Aluminum alloy frame, baking lacquering.

**Cooling station (For dummy side) :

1)Disc supply robot : Connect with the injection molding

machine operation signal to move the disc through oscillating

arm. 

  

2)Cooling unit : Vertical placement for cooling through the

reception of conveying belt unit. Capacity about 90 paces

per lot.

(Can adopt in-line connection or use the off-line loading unit

method to offer the dummy disc.)
